No! Cold Haus jewellery is made with high-quality materials such as 925 sterling silver and stainless steel. These materials are durable, tarnish-resistant, and safe for your skin.

  • Stainless steel is waterproof, won’t rust, and won’t turn your skin green.

2. How long does shipping take?

We typically ship orders the same day or next day. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2–4 business days, depending on your location. Some products may take slightly longer to arrive, but we always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

We process orders very quickly! Any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. If your order has already shipped, it can still be returned for a full refund once received.

  • Clover bracelets: Adjustable to fit most wrists (15–21cm).

  • Other bracelets / chains: Most pieces come in a standard size (e.g., 18cm for the iced-out tennis bracelet), which fits the majority of wrists. We also offer select sizes (16cm, 17cm, 19cm) for a more tailored fit — check the product description for available options.
